What What is the AATE?
The AATE is a device designedto rotate a shaft at very high RPM. The technology that drives the shaft is a principle that occurs naturally; a universal force. Vortex Implosion is achieved by creating a tornado within a cylindrical chamber designed to control airflow within.
The turbine needs to be primed to reach implosion velocity rotation. A starter motor is used to prime the engine and once implosion is achieved, the starter is disengaged by a clutch. The air flow regulation is achieved by a wireless throttle device and simply changes the position of the air flow port regulating the flow.
The AATE is truly the most innovative, ground breaking invention of the 21st century. The name may sound complex, but the AATE actually runs using only ambient air – the very air we breathe. Skepticism often follows as a first reaction to any new, pioneering technology, which is why the inventors of this engine have gone to great measures to document, photograph and video tape every aspect of this invention.
There is no denying its power, or its destiny to become the greatest global solution for energy in history. The AATE requires no air tank, only a small co2 bottle to start the engine, like an ignition switch on a car. After the engine is started it will run only on ambient air at 30,000 to over 100,000 rpm, tested and proven.
Testing was done at the Wyle Labs in Los Angeles, California in or around 1967. At that time there was only an antiquated proto-type, but the engineers were nevertheless very impressed with the test results then. Today’s AATE is far more advanced and streamlined than it was then. There are no combustible fluids or emissions of any kind. The natural forces of nature - Vortex Implosion - make this possible.
It would most certainly qualify for the Nobel Prize in Physics and humanitarian awards. But awards aren’t what it was designed for. This engine must be manufactured and mass marketed immediately if there is any hope to provide a better quality of life globally now, and for future generations.
How it works
The AATE is not a “perpetual motion machine". The science behind the AATE technology is Vortex Mechanics based on the Tornado Implosion–Vortex principle. The unique turbine design of the engine chamber creates a tornado within. Once implosion is achieved, the natural force of nature sustains and powers the rotation. The more air allowed to flow back into lead chamber, the faster the rotation. The airflow is controlled via an electronic wireless device similarly used in the automotive industry for throttle mechanisms.
Why?
Fossil fuel-fired electric power plants constitute the largest source of air pollution in the U.S. Based on real data from DOE sources; here are some striking facts about power plant pollution.
The U.S. uses fossil fuels to generate more than 2/3 of its electricity. 51% is generated with coal, 15% is generated with natural gas, and 3% is generated with petroleum. In 1999, electric power plants produced approximately 2.2 billion tons of carbon dioxide, 12 million tons of sulfur dioxide, and 7 million tons of nitrogen oxides.
The average coal-fired power plant is only 1/3 efficient, meaning 2/3 of the energy in the fuel is wasted. The average fossil fuel-fired power plant was built in 1964, long before the Clean Air Act began requiring pollution controls. Of the largest 1000 fossil fuel-fired power plants in the U.S., 77% are not subject to pollution controls under the Clean Air Act's New Source Review requirements.
Some claim that nuclear energy is the answer to the monumental problem of “clean energy”. When listening to these opinions, as the saying goes, consider the source. Experience has proved that producing electricity through nuclear fission is too expensive, and less competitive against both new and traditional energy sources. Nuclear power has survived over the last decades due to huge government subsidies, and to monopoly utilities that made the consumers pay its high costs.
In addition to the enormous construction and operating costs of a nuclear power plant, storing the high-level waste produced by nuclear reactors has proved to be equally expensive. Nuclear reactors generate long-lived, highly radioactive wastes that need to be carefully isolated and stored. Some scientists conclude that it is virtually impossible to assure that fission-reactor wastes would not pose unacceptable risks to current and future generations. Utilities have not found one single safe site for storage, or a secure method to transport radioactive waste.
Since its beginning, nuclear power has cost this country over $492,000,000,000 -- nearly twice the cost of the Vietnam War and the Apollo Moon Missions combined. In return for this investment, we have an energy source that, until the mid-1980's, gave us less energy in this country than did the burning of firewood! In the U.S., nuclear power contributes only 20-22% of our electricity, and only 8-10% of our total energy consumption. In Illinois these percentages are much greater due to Commonwealth Edison's over-reliance on nuclear power.
Since 1950, nuclear power has received over $97,000,000,000 in direct and indirect subsidies from the federal government, such as deferred taxes, artificially low limits on liability in case of nuclear accidents, and fuel fabrication write-offs. No other industry has enjoyed such privilege.
Many costs for nuclear power have been deliberately underestimated by government and industry such as the costs for the permanent disposal of nuclear wastes, the "decommissioning" (shutting-down and cleaning-up) of retired nuclear power plants, and nuclear accident consequences. In January, 1994, Commonwealth Edison acknowledged that it had to nearly double its estimate for reactor decommissioning -- from $2.3 billion to as much as $4.1 Billion!
Moving onto the burning of fossil fuels; This form of generating energy is no better than nuclear energy, as fossil fuels are in limited supply and its air particles are deadly. The byproducts that form from the burning of fossil fuels are very dangerous. These small particles can exist in the air for indefinite periods of time, up to several weeks and can travel for miles. The particles, sometimes smaller than 10 microns in diameter, can reach deep within the lungs. Particles that are smaller than this can enter the blood stream, irritating the lungs and carry with them toxic substances such as heavy metals and pollutants.
Over a lifetime of continued exposure, a person's ability to transfer oxygen and rid pollutants is impeded. Those affected could become afflicted with fatal asthma attacks and other serious lung conditions. The World Resources Institute reports that between the years of 2000 and 2020, 8 million deaths worldwide could possibly occur without changing present conditions. In 1990 alone, respiratory diseases were a leading cause of disabilities and illnesses worldwide. This is a global problem and requires a global solution.
Because the contamination is growing at an exponential rate, and introducing the AATE now will greatly reduce the number of lives lost in the future. Please keep in mind that these horrific statistics regarding nuclear power and fossil fuels, only represent the dangers and costs in the U.S. The worldwide impact and costs of these deadly energies is much greater and will only continue to increase if nothing is done.
Living Clean
So what is it worth to become free from dependence on polluted, costly and life threatening sources of energy? What is the cost of ignoring or archiving technology that will preserve our life and the life of future generations? This technology will bring jobs to unemployed masses while simultaneously saving our atmosphere. Its true value will be on the face of every child, of every brother and sister, and mother and father that will be alive to say ‘thank goodness someone did something before it was too late’. This technology will rebuild broken and struggling economies in a matter of months at the manufacturing stage. The AATE will literally create a peace in oil rich, war stricken areas like never before.
Operational Objectives (Goals)
1. Rockwell Scientific Research, L.L.C. (RSR, L.L.C.) shall seek to sell the rights for manufacturing the Aerodynamic Air Turbine Engine (AATE) and will assist in its construction and assembly, as a consultant. Manufacturing shall not be the business of RSR, L.L.C.
2. RSR, L.L.C. intends to create a new industrial revolution through the manufacturing and sale of this miracle technology. Thus creating tens of thousands, and eventually hundreds of thousands, of new jobs worldwide. An unprecedented economic security will sweep the international community upon the manufacturing stage of the AATE.
3. RSR, L.L.C. will raise the awareness and knowledge of clean, safe technology which will educate present and future generations on the severe consequences our world will face if we don’t take advantage of this technology now.
Through the funds generated from the sale and manufacture of the AATE, RSR, L.L.C. will continue to research and create technologies which benefit mankind and offer solutions to global crisis.

There are several others besides Schauberger who claim to have created turbines that run themselves on air or other liquid or gaseous media while producing thousands of watts of free power.
I knew a guy in Dallas who claimed 30kw from his device. He let me see his workshop which had many turbine blades and prototypes.
He said he needed about $50,000 to fix a damaged prototype so 10 of us were going to invest $5,000 each. But the inventor went all nutz with greed and we walked away from him.
Saw him 4 years later and the troll who tempted him with millions of air dollars just tried to rip him off with never a penny. He died shortly after and his family threw all his machines out as garbage. The man was brilliant, had over 50 patents.
“Burns no fuel, emits no exhaust. Based on the air turbine of 87 year old Haskall Karl out of Goldfield, Nevada. So how was the AATE re-born? In late April 2005 Ron Rockwell, of RSR, was invited to meet with inventor Haskell Karl who claimed to have built an engine powered only by air. Ron met with Haskell in person and after reviewing all his material (consisting only of photographs, drawings and sketches) and detailed phone discussions. Ron decided to rebuild the engine using current technology.
I am sure that skepticism reigned high. However, Ron believed this technology had substantial merit and invited his trusted colleague, friend and fellow machinist Cliff Cruz, to join his team in re-creating the engine. Through twelve years of research and development of various devices in the high tech industry, RSR has developed the AATE.
So what exactly is the AATE? It is a mechanical device built to spin at high revolutions without the need for any fuel, combustion or compressed air. This device is a sophisticated application of a simple scientific principle long known in the alternative energy field, Vortex Implosion Air Technology (VIAT).
Viktor Schauberger first discovered the principle of the Vortex and developed technology for moving water more efficiently. The same principle can be applied to airflow. The “Crystal Ion”, an Aerodynamic Air Turbine Engine (AATE), is a redesigned prototype from an air engine invented by Haskall Karl in the 1960’s. The original engine was tested by Wyle Testing Laboratory and scheduled to be shown to President Kennedy at a special meeting. Before this presentation could take place, the people who worked with Mr. Karl on the engine mysteriously disappeared. Shortly thereafter, the engine also disappeared.
Haskall Karl went into hiding, keeping with him the documents, original drawings, and numerous photos of how he built the engine. Recently, a mutual friend introduced him to Ron Rockwell. vortexial pumping and dynamics? Physics is a work in progress. It might be

Stipulated there are a lot of shysters and self deluded people around, and
being associated with Al Bielek is no great recommendation. If you had any
actual data or even an article to back up your assertion I'd be glad to
present it here - or just publish it as a comment if you wish. Most people
who come here are looking for information and emotive claims or

First off lets us all give some well deserved recognition to anyone
designing and engineering these free energy devices, many of which are
quite brilliant. Now, for the reality check.

Four days before William Job Leavitt Jr. was arrested on an FBI tip from
Ronald G. Rockwell, Leavitt's attorney asked him whether he really wanted
to do business with Rockwell.
As the three gathered for breakfast at Palace Station on Feb.14, Rockwell offered to sell Leavitt more than just a machine Leavitt wanted for research on anthrax.
"He offered as part of the deal to turn over work on other projects, including a time machine project and a UFO project," said Kirby Wells, Leavitt's civil attorney. "I was skeptical, and I questioned Bill about whether it made sense to be negotiating with someone who professed to have these kinds of projects."
Eventually, Leavitt did reject Rockwell, but mainly for demanding he buy the machine, known as a Rife Regenerator, for $2 million, including a nonrefundable $100,000 up front. Days later, Rockwell contacted the FBI and sparked the investigation into whether Leavitt and Larry Wayne Harris planned to use deadly anthrax bacteria to kill people.
On Monday, as the FBI dropped 5-day-old charges against Leavitt and Harris, an unflattering picture continued to emerge of Rockwell as a fringe scientist with a lust for underground theories.
At worst, experts say he could be trying to sell Leavitt a discredited Rife machine for an outrageous price compared with the $20,000 usually charged for the device that allegedly cures illness through radiowaves.
"It's totally bogus," said Dr. William Jarvis, president of the National Council Against Health Fraud in Loma Linda, Calif. "There's nothing to it at all."
Leavitt, a microbiologist with an interest in finding cures for illnesses, said at a news conference Monday he believed Rockwell's claims about the potential of Rife technology because he knows and respects Rockwell's attorney. The attorney, Ernest "Ed" Roark III, declined comment.
"Bill was interested in whether the equipment would work, so he told me to ignore the time-travel and UFO stuff and humor him," Wells said. "(Rockwell) is very mysterious and has many tall tales to tell."
Rockwell touts his connection to Royal Rife, an inventor who developed the machine in the 1930s. A 1989 book, "The Cancer Cure That Worked: Fifty Years of Suppression," revived a cult interest in Rife's work along with allegations that the government and medical community had conspired to cover up the alleged solution to a host of ailments. Rockwell says in a pamphlet that he was Rife's engineer.
"A lot of people claim they had some connection to Rife," said Bob McCoy, founder of the Museum of Questionable Medical Devices in Minneapolis. "They all say that."
Rife machines soon may be illegal. The U.S. Food and Drug Administration is investigating the industry. This month the FDA's Minneapolis office requested from McCoy all his data.
Also, Wisconsin authorities filed a lawsuit in December against a Minnesota woman to prevent her from using Rife machines on patients. The lawsuit claims the Rife practitioner, Shelvie Rettmann, accepted money from two cancer patients for treatments on a Rife Regenerator and told them the treatment, not chemotherapy, would cure them. Both patients have died.
Rockwell also has been revealed as a litigious man.
He filed several lawsuits over the years in Clark County seeking money, ranging from suing a beer bottle company for a cut on his mouth to trying to collect insurance by claiming his house was damaged in the 1988 PEPCON plant explosion in Henderson. The bottle case was dismissed, but court records did not indicate how the insurance case was resolved.
Wells said a draft contract between Leavitt and Rockwell, which was never signed, implied Rockwell had a connection to a man named Al Bielik, known among time-travel believers as having discovered how to alter the flow of time.
Bielik appears on a $30 video sold through the Internet in which he describes his time-travel experiences and his theory on how it works.
Wells isn't the only one who questions Rockwell's credibility. Paul Pantone, chief executive officer for research of Global Environmental Energy Technology LLC called the FBI informant "a total fruitcake," a conclusion he reached after a 15-minute chat with Rockwell at a conference in Las Vegas last April.
"He said he can build flying saucers any size you want," said Pantone, whose Salt Lake City-based company specializes in automotive fuel processors that increase mileage and reduce emissions."
"He said he has a plane the size of a 747 that extracts energy out of the air as it moves and flies for hours on one gallon of gasoline. He has it hidden somewhere in Nevada. He was definitely running a good hustle.
"For the FBI to even listen to this man, I'm appalled," Pantone said.

The outrageous price charged for a Rife machine is very telling, aside from
everything else. It's important to note that the Rife fluorescing
microscope & ray machine are functioning, workable pieces of equipment
whose professed effects HAVE been replicated, however. Let's not
accidentally tint Raymond Royal Rife with the same brush used to outline Mr
Rockwell's activities.
It's also unfortunate that his allegations re government suppression of
advanced technologies is correct, in light of the disrepute his actions
appear to have imbued him with.
